We believe that the success of our projects is defined by three very important processes: Pre-construction Planning, Project Management and Warranty.
Pre-Construction Planning

Well before a project's official start, we work with your team reviewing architectural and engineering documents, define project scope, and budget.

Permitting

Value Engineering – keeping in mind the budget, we will work closely with your architect to maximize Pre-Construction planning; description of planning process, plan review, selections, budgeting.

Project Management
Once a project begins, we offer support with onsite supervision and an office administrator to help manage communication, budget and quality control. During this process, we will work with homeowners to educate them about options, help with the selection process and keep the project on track.
Warranty Policy
Cullen has a standard comprehensive One-Year Warranty on all projects but will stand behind our craftmanship and quality years beyond. All new construction will move and settle through the first full year of operation, and it is for this reason a one-year punch list meeting will be scheduled to include your architect.
Service Department
Through the course of your project our service / warranty team is integrated into the construction process to be best suited to assist you after occupancy. This will also assist in providing pricing and management for any number of follow-up projects that may arise in the years to come.
Property Maintenance Program
To our valued clients we also offer a comprehensive property maintenance / management program, evaluated through the construction process. After occupancy you will be presented with an optional annual agreement covering a wide range of services and procedures designed to keep your property properly maintained and operating efficiently.
