This beautifully restored home was a project with John Miler Architects and Barbara Gisel Design. The home features extensive millwork details that were all lovingly restored. This project also included an addition to encompass a new kitchen and breakfast room layout. Existing house renovation requiring extensive structural engineering / chimney steel support to enable open space design in turn of the century home design adapted for modern family living with open kitchen / dining room and amenities. Project also included extensive foundation underpinning / modification, and excavation, to enable new two car garage at the basement level.
