Today, under the leadership of our owners Woody Cullen & Seth Habben, we carry forward this proud legacy with a dynamic team dedicated to preserving our high standards and exceptional customer service. Seth grew up surrounded by construction professionals. With a father who was a home inspector, uncles who worked as Realtors and land developers, and a grandfather skilled as a masonry foreman, Seth was immersed in the industry from an early age. He launched his career in new home construction in 2008 with a major national homebuilder, quickly advancing through various roles due to his passion for learning and dedication to mastering his craft. Starting as a warranty manager, Seth’s journey included serving in roles such as superintendent, construction manager, senior builder, area manager, project and community manager, VP of Operations and VP of Construction. Throughout his career, Seth has consistently demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional growth. He brings that same dedication to Cullen Construction, where he invests in his team and shares his knowledge to foster development and success. Seth is driven by a desire to collaborate with industry professionals and leaders to create homes of the highest quality while advocating for his clients to bring their dream homes to life.
